The positions are residential but a non residential position can be considered for teachers who live near to the camp. The recruitment process is to email your CV and if it is good then you will receive an email with a questionnaire that will need to be completed and returned by email. From there, if you are successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview in their office in Padova. They want to be proud of their teachers and due to this they interview all successful applicants face-to-face to ensure their on going commitment to quality.
