Once you have completed an online or onsite teaching certificate course with Teaching English in Italy consider working in Italy as an English Camp Tutor in an enjoyable, interactive atmosphere where Italian children can learn and improve their knowledge of the English language during summer camp with Associazione Culturale Linguistica Educational (A.C.L.E.).
For this program, we recommend signing up for either the Onsite TESOL in Florence, the Online TESOL Certificate or either of the Online TESOL 1 + TEYL or TESOL 2 + TEYL courses, especially if you have a particular interest in Teaching English to Young Learners.
Description
ACLE is an Educational company that provides Italian students with fun, enriching hands on opportunities to learn the English language. They are recruiting dependable, enthusiastic Native English speakers to work & teach English in Camps throughout Italy starting in June. Applicants need to be Native English speakers and love working with children. Italian language skills are not necessary! This is a unique opportunity to enhance your CV by learning how to teach through games, sports, drama and songs, which will all be taught at their orientation. It is also a great summer experience where participants will meet people from around the world, enjoy all that Italy has to offer, and create amazing memories.
Highlights
ACLE provides accommodation, transportation to Camp, meals, a weekly cash wage, a 4-5 day orientation where participants will receive an ACLE Introductory TEFL Certificate followed by hands on experience.
Participants will also be welcomed into the homes of Italian host families and will truly gain an in site into Italian culture.
Qualifications
A.C.L.E. needs enthusiastic, energetic and dependable people to work as camp counselors at English camps throughout Italy during the summer months. Applicants must be native English speakers with no heavy regional accents and love working with children. Italian language skills are not necessary.
All Tutors must attend a 5 day Orientation, following successful complication of the orientation, ACLE requires a minimum of three weeks work and commitment to the program.
